What you would do

• Engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB outlets to promote the mobile installment product.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria and financing terms clearly.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission and required documentation.
• Provide accurate information, answer inquiries and address concerns for a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations to process loans and approvals.
• Track leads, applications and conversions, and follow up on pending cases to complete approvals.

• OND, NCE or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking or telecom product sales is an added advantage.
