What you would do

• Actively engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote the mobile instalment financing product.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required document collection.
• Collaborate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other sales metrics; follow up on pending applications.
• Ensure compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements.
