Palmpay Limited is hiring Sales Agents for various Lagos locations to promote a mobile instalment financing product at designated retail outlets. What you would do
- Represent the Flexi MFB brand to customers at 3C HUB retail outlets.
- Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other sales metrics.
- Engage walk-in customers to promote the mobile instalment financing product.
- Assist customers with onboarding, applications, and required documents.
- Follow up with pending customers to complete applications and approvals.
- Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms.
- Ensure compliance with sales guidelines, KYC, and customer verification processes.
- Collaborate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations for efficient loan processing.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
