The Sales Agent role is with Alan & Grant, a Lagos-based telecoms company. Based in Gbagada, Lagos, the agent will acquire new customers for fibre fibre broadband services through field sales, educate customers on options, and close subscriptions while maintaining service standards.
What you would do
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area.
- Promote and sell fibre broadband internet services to residential and business customers.
- Educate customers on available packages, pricing and installation processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately capture customer information and submit sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful installation and activation.
