What you would do
- Engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote the mobile installment product.

- Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation.
- Provide accurate information and address customer questions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations to support loan processing and approvals.
- Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other sales metrics.
- Follow up with pending customers to complete applications and achieve final approvals.
- Ensure compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification, and KYC requirements.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain high customer service standards.
