What you would do
- Engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB locations to promote the mobile installment product.
- Explain product features, eligibility, plans, and terms to customers.
- Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and documentation.
- Follow up with pending customers to complete applications and achieve approvals.
- Coordinate with store staff and operations to ensure efficient loan processing.
- Provide accurate information and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Track leads, applications, conversions, and sales metrics daily.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with sales guidelines and KYC processes.
- Support customers through onboarding and application submission.
