Sales Account Executive

Edves Digital Education is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to drive adoption of Edves solutions among schools in Abuja. The role focuses on communicating the value of the Edves platform and converting prospects into customers. The employer provides school management tools aimed at improving data capture, paperwork, and school operations. The candidate will work in Abuja to grow new business within the education sector.

What you would do

• Identify and engage schools in the assigned territory that can benefit from Edves solutions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective schools through field prospecting, referrals, networking, research and other lead-generation activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of Edves solutions
• Follow up with prospects, manage the sales process from initial contact to negotiation
• Close deals within agreed sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals

What they are asking for

• 3 to 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in corporate or EdTech environments
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage decision-makers, convert leads, negotiate and close sales
• Experience selling to schools or educational institutions is a plus
• Strong understanding of sales processes including prospecting, follow-up, negotiation and relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
