Sale Manager
About this role
Resurgir Consulting seeks a female Sales Manager to lead the sales function, drive revenue, and manage customer relationships for growth. The ideal candidate should have leadership ability and commercial awareness, with the capacity to own the sales process and support operational efficiency. The position is based in Cross River.
What you would do
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
- Promote veterinary products, poultry and fish feed, feed supplements and agro-allied products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Supervise and coordinate sales activities within the store
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on business performance
What they are asking for
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar sales management role
- Experience in retail, agro-allied, veterinary, FMCG, or feed-related business is an added advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage people effectively
- Strong numerical and reporting skills and the ability to analyse sales performance
