Sage 200 / Sage 300 Software Support Consultant

About this role

A full-time Sage 200/Sage 300 software support consultant role based in Lagos, for candidates with experience in supporting Sage ERP applications and a background in IT or related fields. The role involves providing software support, configuring and maintaining systems, and assisting with implementations and user training.

What you would do

• Provide professional support for Sage 200 and Sage 300 applications.
• Investigate issues, perform diagnostics, and resolve system and user-related problems.
• Assist with system configuration, setup, upgrades, updates and maintenance.
• Offer user guidance and basic training on Sage applications.
• Document support requests, solutions and system activities accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor resources to resolve complex issues; participate in implementations and testing; identify performance improvements.
