Risk Recovery Officer
About this role
BLUETTI is seeking a Risk Recovery Officer based in Lagos to manage recovery operations, reduce overdue accounts and implement risk strategies in collaboration with field agents and the sales team. The company operates across Lagos, Ogun, Benue and Abuja.
What you would do
- Follow up daily with DSAs to ensure prompt collection of outstanding repayments.
- Monitor recovery performance and report insights to the Collection Specialist.
- Coordinate, guide, and support DSAs to improve collection efficiency.
- Identify and escalate fraudulent activities involving DSAs or Sales teams.
- Implement BLUETTI's Risk Strategy policies at the branch level.
- Drive initiatives to maintain at least 95% control of overdue customers.
What they are asking for
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in collections, credit control, risk, or recovery role.
- Experience in solar/PayGo industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
