What you would do
- Identify and assess financial, credit, operational, compliance and reputational risks
- Conduct risk assessments for clients, transactions, products and activities
- Monitor loan and financing portfolios for early warning signs
- Review internal controls and suggest improvements
- Track key risk indicators and follow up actions
- Prepare risk reports for management and support regulatory reviews

- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field (risk management, finance, accounting, economics, business administration, banking & finance, statistics)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in risk management, credit, financial services, internal control, audit or compliance
- Experience in a financial institution or similar organisation is an advantage
- Strong credit and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills
