Revenue Officer
About this role
Revenue Officer role for Tempkers Limited, based in Abuja. The position is field-based, covering revenue collection, verification, reconciliation, compliance and customer engagement across designated areas, with regular travel and direct interaction with customers and businesses. What you would do
- Conduct field-based revenue collection and verification across assigned locations.
- Visit assigned locations to monitor revenue activities and support collection.
- Engage with customers, businesses, taxpayers and stakeholders to facilitate payment compliance.
- Verify revenue transactions, receipts and supporting documentation; reconcile records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of collections and field activities and prepare reports; monitor and follow up on outstanding obligations.
- Escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams to address non-compliance and improve revenue collection.

- Age: 24 to 28 years.
- Education: HND or BSc in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Field experience: hands-on field experience in revenue collection, field operations, customer engagement, sales, compliance, inspection, financial services or related function.
- Knowledge of Abuja: ability to navigate major districts, communities and key locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field and travel across Abuja; comfortable engaging with customers; flexible hours as required by operational demands.
