Retail Station Manager - Sapele

What you would do

• Drive sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, gas and lubricants in line with budgets and targets
• Monitor daily station operations including sales, meter readings, dipping, stock movement and cash lodgements
• Ensure effective stock management, product replenishment and proper discharge processes
• Implement controls to minimise fraud and stock/cash variances
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and internal policies
• Maintain high standards of service and station operations
• Lead and develop station staff
• Manage customer feedback and complaints
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of station activities
• Support achievement of station sales and operational targets
