What you would do

• Lead and develop station staff and manage customer feedback and complaints.
• Monitor daily station operations including sales, meter readings, stock movement and cash lodgements.
• Ensure effective stock management, product replenishment and proper discharge processes with controls to minimise fraud and variances.
• Maintain compliance with HSE standards and company policies while delivering service quality.
• Drive sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, gas and lubricants in line with budgets and targets.
