Retail Station Manager - Benin

What you would do
- Drive sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, gas and lubricants in line with budgets and targets
- Monitor daily station operations including sales, meter readings, dipping, stock movement and cash lodgements
- Ensure effective stock management, product replenishment and discharge processes with controls to minimise fraud and variances
- Maintain compliance with HSE standards and company policies across station operations
- Lead and develop station staff and handle customer feedback and complaints
- Ensure high standards of service and station operations
- Analyse relevant data to support decision making
- Implement controls to ensure accuracy in financial and stock reporting
- Coordinate and supervise cash handling procedures
- Support achievement of overall station sales and operational targets
