What you would do

• Handle payments and maintain sales records
• Monitor stock levels
• Take product photos and videos for social media
• Promote products and convert online enquiries into sales
• Create and publish Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels
• Write engaging captions and respond to customer enquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp
• Attend to customers and recommend products to drive sales
• Keep the store clean, organised and attractive
• Sell greeting cards, gift wraps, gift bags, hampers and other gift items
• Support social media marketing efforts as needed

What they are asking for

• Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an advantage
• Good communication, basic computer and smartphone skills
• Canva or basic design skills are an advantage
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Interest in sales, gifts and social media marketing
• Familiar with Instagram, including posts, Stories and Reels
• Honest, presentable, proactive, organised and customer-focused
