What you would do

• Welcome customers and respond to inquiries professionally
• Promote and sell mobile phones, gadgets, accessories and related products
• Provide accurate product information including features, prices, warranties and payment options
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting suitable items
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
• Handle customer complaints and refer complex issues to supervisor
• Maintain proper product displays and keep the sales area clean and organized
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged items or discrepancies
• Ensure accurate sales recording, payment processing and receipt issuance

• OND, NCE, HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field (added advantage)
• Relevant sales or customer service training desirable
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Experience selling mobile phones, electronics, gadgets or accessories an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn; ability to demonstrate strong sales performance
• Presentable, courteous, reliable, punctual and disciplined
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate
• Ability to handle payments and maintain sales records accurately
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or sales software (advantage)
