About this role

Fine Brothers Limited is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative for its Lagos operation in Ikeja. The role involves presenting, promoting and selling electronics such as mobile phones, tablet PCs and laptops, with after-sales support including warranty and repairs.

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

• NCE, OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–7 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
