Retail Sales Manager
About this role
A Retail Sales Manager is needed to lead a regional sales team for Fidelity Bank, focusing on deposit mobilisation, customer acquisition and liability growth. The role targets someone with strong sales leadership and local market knowledge, based in Anambra and capable of driving regional performance.
What you would do
- Lead and coordinate the regional salesforce
- Drive growth in savings, current accounts and other low-cost deposits
- Develop and implement regional sales and customer acquisition strategies
- Monitor team performance using MIS and reports
- Coach, train and support sales teams to meet targets
- Ensure adequate sales-force coverage across branches and manage performance and rewards
