What you would do

• Attend to customers and clients
• Handle inquiries about the company and products
• Manage relationships with existing clients

• Serve walk-in buyers and convert them to return customers
• Represent the company during and outside working hours
• Keep up with information about brands sold

• Prepare weekly reports and handle after-sales service
• Perform any other assigned duties

• BSc or HND qualification
• Must have completed NYSC or provide an exemption letter
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in supervisor and negotiator roles
• Good knowledge of the retail market/environment
• Experience in sales (retail) would be highly desirable
• Ability to communicate at all levels with persuasive negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft applications
• Must reside around the Delta location and its axis
