Retail Sales and Online Store Assistant

About this role

Rollin Technologies is hiring a Retail Sales and Online Store Assistant to support both in-person customers and the company’s online store. The role is based in Ikeja, Lagos and is full-time, with Monday to Saturday hours and Saturdays on rotation. The successful candidate will combine customer service and sales skills with basic support for the online store and social media activities. The employer provides technology products and related procurement and after-sales services to individuals and organisations.

What you would do

• Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs and close sales
• Create simple product videos and promotional designs using Canva or CapCut
• Respond to social media and online enquiries and convert them into orders
• Upload and update product images, descriptions, prices and availability on the online store
• Maintain accurate product and customer information and escalate issues when needed
• Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated during the sales process
• Support social media posting, messages, comments and customer engagement
• Support day-to-day retail and online sales activities as required

• Willingness to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with Saturdays on rotation
• Ability to create simple social media posts or short product videos; advanced video skills not required

• Good organisation, follow-through and ability to work independently
• Reasonable proximity to Ikeja store and reliable commuting plan
• Experience handling customer enquiries, follow-ups and order processing
