Retail Operations Manager - Electronics

A senior operations manager is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing beauty retail and e-commerce company in Lagos. The role requires bringing structure to a busy operation, coordinating multiple departments and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. It is for a mature and dependable operations professional who can manage people and processes and take ownership.

What you would do

• Oversee daily operations across office, warehouse and inventory.
• Ensure online and offline orders are processed, packed and dispatched on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including warehouse, inventory, e-commerce, customer service, accounts and admin.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures across departments.
• Monitor stock movement and inventory controls including receiving, transfers, returns and adjustments.
• Lead operational meetings and follow up on actions until completion.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant operations experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Practical experience managing warehouses, inventory, order fulfilment and cross-functional teams in a retail, e-commerce, beauty, FMCG or inventory-driven organisation.
• Strong understanding of inventory controls, stock reconciliation and operational reporting.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, CRM or e-commerce systems is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on-site in Ogudu GRA, Lagos.
