Retail Manager
About this role
Role: Retail Manager for Sika Nigeria in Lagos. The role focuses on growing the retail sales channel by developing and implementing sales strategies, and by strengthening relationships with dealers and retailers to ensure product availability and support revenue growth. It is suitable for an experienced professional with at least five years in a related field, holding an HND/BSc in Engineering or Environmental Sciences and COREN certification, with hands-on experience in the construction industry and built environment.
What you would do
- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve targets
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share through retail channel management
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors and other channel partners
- Ensure product availability, visibility and distribution across retail outlets
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotional campaigns, merchandising and trade marketing
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor activities, identify opportunities and address challenges
