About this role

A Retail and Digital Sales Assistant at OBIDA supports customers in-store and online, guiding styling and closing sales while ensuring orders are processed and fulfilled smoothly. The role reports to the Head of Growth and focuses on growing sales and encouraging repeat visits, across both physical and digital channels.

What you would do

• Welcome store customers and provide styling guidance to close sales
• Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries within one hour during working hours
• Record sales and digital orders accurately and hand paid orders to Operations
• Log and follow up on open enquiries, holds, and customer orders
• Maintain store displays, pricing, and stock presentation, including weekends
• Handle customer concerns and escalate quality or fulfilment issues as needed
