The role is for someone to operate and grow a flagship retail outlet for Farmacy Foods & Fruits in Lagos, focusing on daily store operations, sales, stock management, and building a customer community. What you would do
- Open and prepare the store for daily operation, manage product displays and staff coordination.
- Oversee stock management, freshness, storage, supplier liaison, and replenishment to minimise spoilage.
- Track sales, expenses, stock movements and daily cash/POS reconciliation.
- Create social media content, promotions and offers to generate orders.
- Build and manage WhatsApp subscriber communities for announcements, pre-orders and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, packaging, delivery partners and customer follow-up.
- Organise activations, village market fairs and sales exhibitions and measure their impact on sales and customer acquisition.
- Utilise digital systems and AI tools to improve recordkeeping, content, and customer communication.
- Monitor and improve customer service and operational processes as the business scales.

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in food retail, grocery, hospitality, e-commerce or related field.
- Ability to sell and handle perishable products.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business and social media management.
