About this role
A full-time, in-person Retail Associate role based in Lekki, Lagos, supporting the salon managers at Kinky Apothecary across the Lekki store and partner-brand concessions. The role involves helping customers, driving sales, maintaining displays, and handling transactions, with training provided and regular working hours including some Sunday shifts.
What you would do
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Drive retail sales and cross-sell alongside salon services
- Maintain product displays and merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory and conduct stock counts, flag replenishments
- Process retail transactions and keep sales and stock records
- Support day-to-day operations of the Lekki Salon and partner concessions

- At least one year of relevant experience
- Retail or customer-service experience from any industry considered
- Knowledge or interest in natural hair or haircare would be an advantage
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- Team player with honesty, reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and ability to stand for extended periods
