What you would do

• Oversee end-of-shift closing procedures including cash outs, cleanliness, and securing premises.
• Supervise staff to handle equipment properly to prevent damage and ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting product availability and display.
• Be visible in front-of-house and address customer concerns; ensure frontliners are well-coordinated and smiling.
• Monitor staff to prevent product or cash shortages and investigate causes if shortages occur.
• Manage timely requisition of products to prevent outages.
• Submit required reports on time.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and ensure staff compliance.
• Ensure products are available according to the product time-out schedule and well presented for customers.
• Investigate shortages or issues and take immediate corrective action.
