What you would do

• Receive, process and ensure complete order fulfilment for all orders in the restaurant
• Ensure the restaurant's menu is updated at all times
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations
• Use technology effectively to manage orders and communication
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and behaviour
• Communicate order details clearly to customers and team
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch
• Report issues affecting order fulfilment to the relevant party
• Assist in timely preparation of orders as needed
• Support other Glovo team members as required
