The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field, with at least seven years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or food service operations, including at least three years in a supervisory or management role. An MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
