Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site - Delegate (RSES-D)
About this role
A Safety and Environment on Site Delegate (RSES-D) oversees safety, environmental compliance and coordination for onshore construction and SIMOPS, working on the IMA project in Bonny, Rivers. The role targets experienced professionals with brownfield and SIMOPS project exposure who can lead HSE practices on site.
What you would do
- Exercise delegated RSES authority within the assigned area
- Ensure HSE procedures and risk controls are in place before work is authorised
- Manage and sign work permits for the area outside process zones
- Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning, production and other activities
- Lead site team and supervise contractors to meet project objectives
- Monitor progress, report variances and ensure documentation for final deliverables
