Residential Maintenance Technician (Plumber)

ARO Management is looking for a trained and certified Residential Maintenance Technician (Plumber) to join the facilities team at AT&D Court in Lekki, Lagos. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and water treatment equipment, carrying out routine preventive maintenance, and managing water supply and related facilities. The position requires certification as a plumber, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work independently with good reporting skills. What you would do

• Install, repair and maintain water treatment plants, equipment and controls
• Treat and manage water supply systems
• Maintain reservoirs and holding tanks
• Identify tools and equipment required for plumbing tasks
• Conduct weekly inspections of inspection chambers
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements during repairs and installations
• Operate generators only when necessary or during emergencies
• Install, repair and maintain underground storm, sanitary and water piping systems
• Submit daily maintenance reports
