About this role
A Resident Site Engineering Superintendent is needed to oversee on‑site engineering and safety compliance for Brownfield and SIMOPS work in Bonny/Port Harcourt, coordinating multiple contractors and ensuring adherence to project specs, HSE rules and ISO 14001. The role targets experienced professionals with strong leadership, interface management and HSE focus working on large oil and gas construction projects in Nigeria.
What you would do
- Lead project team on site for all packages and disciplines in BONNY
- Supervise contractors to meet project objectives and schedule
- Manage permits to work and site safety, reporting anomalies
- Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning, production and other activities
- Act as site representative to the Project Manager and main contact for contractors
- Prepare weekly package reports and final documentation dossiers, ensuring progress and quality
