What you would do

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational support for clinical research studies
• Maintain complete and accurate study files, trackers, correspondence and project records
• Track study milestones, deadlines, approvals and outstanding actions; follow up with team members
• Assist with preparation, collation and submission of ethics and governance documentation
• Conduct literature searches and prepare concise research summaries
• Help collect and maintain research data following policies and procedures
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefing notes for stakeholders
• Coordinate research meetings, agendas, papers and minutes; monitor follow-up actions
• Support audit projects, grant applications, manuscripts and dissemination of findings
• Liaise with clinicians, researchers, governance contacts and external partners to progress research activity
