Representative – Sales and Trade Development Zuru, Sales and Distribution

About this role

MTN Nigeria is hiring a full-time Representative for Sales and Trade Development in Sokoto within the Sales and Distribution division. The role focuses on developing trade infrastructure and managing channel partners to secure MTN presence at retail and improve brand visibility in the territory.

What you would do

• Confirm contact with sub dealers and dealer branches and verify stock receipt and movement.
• Provide informal training in shops on MTN products, services and promotions and coach outlets in the territory.
• Manage events and promotions, create sub-dealer promo specifications and conduct post-promo evaluation.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales activity and market intelligence reports to field service engineers.
• Monitor territory performance and network quality and maintain a call cycle of 8–10 visits per day.
• Ensure MTN product availability in channels above 95% and compile weekly availability reports for outlets visited.
