Representative - Sales and Trade Development (Sapele)

About this role

A sales and trade development representative based in Sapele, Delta, to manage trade channels and drive MTN product visibility and availability in the assigned territory. The role targets individuals with sales/marketing experience who can work with retailers, sub-dealers and trade partners to grow MTN’s presence.

What you would do

• Contact sub dealers and dealer branches and verify stock receipt and movement
• Provide informal in-shop training on MTN products, services and promotions
• Manage events and promotions, and evaluate post-promo outcomes
• Submit weekly/monthly sales activity and market intelligence reports
• Monitor network quality and other sales indicators in the territory
• Maintain MTN product availability above 95% in channels and report weekly on outlet stock

• First degree (preferably in social sciences)
• Fluent in English
• 1 to 3 years' experience in sales/marketing or a related role
• Experience working in a medium-sized organisation
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales/marketing
• Ability to work with others and in a team
