Reliance Care Officer (Arabic Speaking) – Remote

About this role

Role: Reliance Care Officer (Arabic Speaking) for Reliance Health, working remotely from Rivers. You will be the first point of contact for customers across Egypt markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues with empathy while promoting health plans and services.

What you would do

• Respond promptly to Arabic inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate Arabic information to help clients select suitable health plans
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow through to resolution
• Record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal system
• Support customer acquisition by engaging Arabic-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance or use company services
• Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals

• Must have completed NYSC or valid exemption letter
• Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
