Reliance Care Officer (Arabic Speaking) – Remote

Reliance Health is recruiting a Reliance Care Officer (Arabic Speaking) for remote work based in Lagos to serve customers in Egypt markets. The role is the first point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with empathy, and promoting the company’s health plans and services.

What you would do

• Act as the first point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers across Egypt markets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, requests and complaints in Arabic in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate and relevant information in Arabic to help clients select suitable health plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints and suggestions in the internal system.
• Support customer acquisition by engaging Arabic-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance or use company services.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline; NYSC completed or valid exemption letter.
• Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
