Reliability / Integrity Engineer
About this role
A Reliability/Integrity Engineer to diagnose failure modes, assess asset condition and convert inspection and condition-monitoring data into maintenance and client recommendations. The role focuses on risk-based decision making, root-cause analysis, and applying predictive maintenance in oil, gas and infrastructure assets in Rivers and beyond.
What you would do
- Assess asset condition and integrity risks using technical data
- Analyse inspection and condition-monitoring data to identify reliability concerns
- Diagnose recurring equipment failures and propose technical actions
- Lead or support Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
- Identify and apply condition-monitoring and predictive-maintenance techniques
- Produce technical reports and ensure management of change and verification requirements are followed
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in reliability engineering, asset integrity or related field
- Experience in oil & gas, energy or asset-intensive environments with rotating or static equipment
- Experience with failure analysis, root cause analysis and reliability improvement
- Experience using condition-monitoring and predictive-maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of risk-based prioritisation and technical reporting
