About this role
The Reliability Engineer for Wireline Services identifies and leads activities to reduce the costs and impact of failures in wireline operations, including non-productive time and premature product issues. The role works with regional service delivery, global product lines, engineering, quality and supply chain teams to manage incidents and implement corrective actions, while ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle process and driving reliability across product and service lifecycles.
What you would do
- Lead incident investigations and apply root cause analysis to prevent failures
- Drive corrective actions to prevent failures
- Manage the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP), including FRACAS DMAIC and RCA reports
- Participate in risk assessments, change reviews, deployment readiness assessments and engineering design reviews
- Analyse performance data to identify failure trends and track KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering, service delivery and supply chain teams and support new product development and special projects

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline, or relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Wireline Operations or AMO
- Knowledge of HSE, Quality, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and planning skills
- Ability to work within a global matrix organisation and coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate
