Relationship Officer, UHNI (Private Banking) - Abuja

Access Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) in Abuja. The role focuses on acquiring new UHNI clients through cold calling, referrals, and leveraging the bank’s networks while maintaining existing relationships. The position involves understanding client needs and offering appropriate private banking products and services, and contributing to marketing plans for the UHNI segment. What you would do

• Source, prospect, and acquire new UHNI clients
• Prepare and execute call plans and convert identified prospects
• Identify client needs and present suitable products/services
• Contribute to reviews of customer segment marketing strategies and plans
• Visit or call key decision makers in the value chain of existing clients to strengthen relationships
• Develop competencies as required by the bank and supervisors
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Relationship Manager or Group Head, Private Banking
• Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to sustain relationships
• Utilise referrals and networks to grow the UHNI client base
