What you would do

• Acquire new retail customers and grow the customer portfolio
• Promote banking products including savings, current accounts, fixed deposits and consumer loans
• Drive deposit mobilisation, low-cost deposits and transaction volumes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services
• Market retail loan products, support credit assessments, and monitor loan repayments
• Drive customer enrolment and active usage of digital banking platforms
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify business opportunities and achieve targets
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, KYC, AML and other requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit periodic performance reports
