About this role

Nobzo Verse Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager I (remote) for Ibadan, Oyo. It is a full-time entry-to-mid-level role focused on supporting customer and agent acquisition and day-to-day relationship management in Ibadan, reporting to the Business Development Manager and senior Relationship Managers.

What you would do

• Support customer and agent acquisition in the assigned territory
• Manage day-to-day relationships with customers
• Engage in field activities to reach prospects and customers
• Onboard new customers
• Maintain accurate records and submit timely activity reports
• Use smartphones, CRM platforms and field applications in daily work

• Hold a recognised qualification (Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND) in a relevant discipline
• Have 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, relationship management or field-based roles
• Reside in Ibadan or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State
• Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Be familiar with Ibadan’s towns, markets, communities and transport routes
• Proficiency with smartphones and CRM platforms
