What you would do
- Assess business financing needs and support loan processing
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and market visits
- Mobilise deposits and grow the business banking portfolio
- Monitor loan performance and portfolio quality
- Acquire new business customers and expand SME and commercial client base
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
- Promote banking products to clients (savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, lending solutions)
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and CBN regulations and proper documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Support achievement of sales targets through effective relationship management
