Relationship Manager

A Relationship Manager role based in Lagos for someone to act as the main contact for customer operational issues, manage tickets and coordinate with product support and engineering to resolve complex problems. What you would do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer operational issues and requests
• Log, categorise, prioritise, and track cases on the service desk platform
• Participate in service reviews and contribute to operational reporting
• Maintain up-to-date client records and interaction history
• Provide proactive updates to customers during issue resolution and communicate timelines
• Flag recurring issues for escalation and support root cause analysis

• 2+ years in B2B Relationship Management, Customer Support, Customer Success, or related roles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with familiarity with ticketing tools
• BSc in Accounting or similar numerate discipline preferred
• Proficiency with service desk/ticketing platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho Desk)
• Ability to handle multiple customers under pressure
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service processes (preferred)
