Sun King seeks a Regional Installation and Maintenance Technician to act as the technical expert for solar inverters in a defined region, ensuring high-quality installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs. The role focuses on service delivery, customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards during field engagements. What you would do

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair Sun King solar inverter systems for customers in the region.
• Follow technical standards, safety protocols and service level agreements in all field activities.
• Act as the main technical contact for complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance via remote platforms and initiate proactive maintenance visits as needed.
• Prepare reports on uptime, performance ratios and recurring fault codes.
• Conduct remote and on-site installation audits against quality checklists and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, onboard and train third-party installers to expand service coverage.
• Provide regular technical training and performance reviews for partner installers.
• Document service activities, audits and spare parts usage in company systems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment in the zone and report to the After-Sales Manager.
