What you would do

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair Sun King solar inverter systems for customers in the region.
• Follow technical standards, safety protocols, and service level agreements for field activities.
• Act as the main technical contact for complex customer issues and resolve them to maintain satisfaction.
• Use remote monitoring platforms to track system performance and initiate proactive maintenance visits.
• Prepare reports on uptime, performance ratios, and recurring fault codes.
• Conduct remote and on-site installation audits and provide corrective actions.
• Identify, onboard, and train third-party installers; manage partner performance.
• Document all service activities, audits, and spare parts usage in company systems.
• Submit periodic reports on service trends, system performance, audits, and installer performance.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment within the zone.
