What you would do

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Sun King solar inverter systems for customers in the zone.
• Follow technical standards, safety protocols, and service level agreements for field activities.
• Act as the main technical contact for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Use remote monitoring platforms to track performance and identify issues.
• Prepare reports on uptime, performance ratios, and fault codes.
• Conduct remote and on-site installation audits against quality checklists.
• Provide feedback and corrective action plans after audits and verify closure of issues.
• Identify, onboard, and train third-party installers to expand service coverage.
• Deliver technical training and performance reviews for partner installers.
• Document all service activities, audits, and spare parts usage; report trends and findings to the After-Sales Manager.
