What you would do

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair Sun King solar inverter systems in the assigned region.
• Monitor system performance remotely and prepare uptime and fault reports.
• Conduct remote and on-site audits of installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Identify, onboard and train third-party installers and manage their daily activities.
• Provide technical guidance and feedback based on audit outcomes to improve service quality.
• Deliver regular technical training and performance reviews for partner installers.
• Document all service activities, audits and spare parts usage in company systems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment within the zone.
• Submit periodic reports on service trends, system performance and installer performance.
