Regional Sales Manager (Personal Care and Home Care)
About this role
A Regional Sales Manager is being sought to lead sales performance in the Lagos region for Personal Care and Home Care products. The role targets candidates with strong FMCG experience in cosmetics, beauty or related categories and a solid understanding of the Lagos market.
What you would do
- Represent the business at customer meetings, trade events and industry activities
- Monitor customer retention, repeat business and receivables where applicable
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports
- Drive revenue, profitability, customer acquisition and market-share growth across Lagos
- Analyse sales trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer behaviour to support decisions
- Lead, coach and manage the regional sales team and monitor distributor performance and market activities

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related discipline
- 5–8 years of progressive sales experience with 2–3 years in a leadership or regional role
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, beauty, fragrance, home care or related FMCG products
- Strong understanding of Lagos market, distributor/wholesale/retail dynamics and route-to-market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales reporting tools
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills
