- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business preferred for candidates from leading institutions
- Demonstrate FMCG experience with thresholds: 7+ years for top-tier; 10+ years for mid-tier; or 15+ years for other institutions
- Multi-organisation FMCG experience across two to three organisations with a multi-product portfolio
- National Youth Service Corps completed and a valid driver's licence
- Experience as Regional/Zonal Sales Manager or in a similar role, with at least 3 years' experience in the geography applied for
